Every single day my students engage in cooperative learning.  I believe it is important that they work together to explore Spanish or Latin.  In the following activity, my middle school Spanish IA students worked with some images in the book along with reading passages about what various Spanish-speaking young people liked or did not like.  I assigned each group a different person from the page.  I asked them to draw the likes and dislikes for each person.  At the end, the students in the class had to guess which person the drawings represented.  Here are some beautiful examples:
