Kenny Bumbaco's Electronic Portfolio

Bienvenidos! Salvete!

Bienvenidos, amigos!  Salvete, amici!  Welcome, friends, to my electronic portfolio!

My name is Kenny Bumbaco, and I am a graduate education student at the College of William and Mary.  I am completing my certification to teach Latin and Spanish in grades K-12.  Langauges are my passion.  I have served as a teacher assistant at the College of William and Mary for Hispanic Studies 101 and 102 (first year Spanish) as well as volunteering as a Spanish language translator at low-income clinics on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.  Although my recent work has been in Spanish, I am also a skilled Latinist, with extensive experience in all of the major authors - including Cicero, Virgil, Ovid, Catullus, and Horace.

My electronic portfolio represents my graduate education here at the College of William and Mary.  This site explains the conceptual framework of the program and the various professional competencies through which I have demonstrated my place in this framework.  I have also included my personal teaching philosophy and resume.  If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me at kmbumb@wm.edu.
